How Do I Sign Up?

Can I pay by cash or check?

Cash, Check or Credit Cards are all accepted for Payment. Credit/ Debit Cards are accepted at all machines as well.

Is there a minimum charge?

What if I am not home when you pick up and deliver?

No problem! We ask that laundry be left at door on day of pickup and on delivery will be left at the same location. We can also work with you if there are door key pads/ lockboxes for rental homes or businesses.

What is the turnaround time?

For Drop off - Laundry is generally completed on the same day. During the summer months, there may be a 1-2 day turnaround depending on the volume that we have.
For Pick up/ Delivery - Laundry is generally returned the following day. During the summer months, there may be a 1-2 day turnaround depending on the volume that we have.

Will Chatham Laundromat remind me to leave my laundry out for pickup?

If you are on our weekly pick-up list, we can also add you to our Call List in which you will receive an automated call the day prior to pick up.

I forgot to leave my laundry out. What should I do?

We try to accommodate all our customers so please contact us. We will do our best to find a time that works to get back out to your location to pick up laundry. Otherwise, pick up will need to wait until the next week.

Is there wi-fi in the Coin Laundromat?

Yes! We have Wi-fi services in the Coin Laundromat should you choose to come in and do your own laundry.
